Exchange Eligibility: We only accept exchanges for products that have the original Courtside Verified tag attached.
The product must be in the same condition as when purchased.

Timeframe for Exchanges: Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Proof of purchase, such as an order receipt or invoice, is required.

Verification and Inspection: Upon receiving the product for exchange, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
If the product does not meet the required conditions, we reserve the right to deny the exchange.

Product Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative or provide store credit.
